Jeffrey LeBenger, MD
Chairman of the Board and CEO
Jeffrey LeBenger, MD has a career track record of driving medical practice growth while innovating in patient outcomes and coordination of care. He served on the Board of Directors of Summit Medical Group, P.A. for nearly 20 years, including 15 years as the Group’s Chairman/CEO. Under his leadership, Summit Medical Group grew from 50 providers to more than 600, with annual revenue over $460 million.

He is also Board Certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He attended New York Medical College and completed residencies in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at The Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Lynn Lang, RN, BSN, MBA
Chief Integration Officer
Lynn Lang focuses on the strategies, business models and market opportunities that will generate growth in an increasingly complex world of healthcare and health management. She is responsible for strategic development throughout the organization. In her prior role with Summit Medical Group, she oversaw the Group’s network, strategy, business development/analytics, marketing and community relations. Over the course of 27 years at the Group, she has also served multiple clinical staff and managerial roles, including Director of Operations.

Previously, she served for three years as Chief Operating Officer at Manhattan Physician’s Group in New York, NY. She completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at Kean University and holds an MBA in Healthcare and Life Sciences at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Karen Graham, MS
Chief Operating Officer
Karen Graham is responsible for translating Summit Health Management’s strategic direction into the daily details of serving clients and delivering high client satisfaction. She oversees the direction and management of teams in administrative, clinical, operational, and IT systems. Since 2009, she has worked to improve access, capacity, capacity utilization and productivity at Summit Medical Group while growing its provider base by 35%.

She previously served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Cooper University Hospital. She was also named as one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders for 2009 and Hospitals and Health Networks’ Most Wired Winner in 2008 and the distinguished Liberty Science Center 2013 Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Award. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree from the Wharton School of Business, and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics and Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
Robert Booth, CPA, CFA
Chief Financial Officer
Robert Booth oversees all areas of revenue cycle management, finance, accounting, business intelligence, physician compensation, accounts payable and receivable, payer contract negotiation, and budgeting. He re-engineered the financial infrastructure and physician compensation model at Summit Medical Group. He previously served as financial leader for both single- and multi-specialty physician practices: Nemours/Dupont Hospital for Children (275 physicians) and Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (85 cardiologists). At Nemours, he also worked closely with other healthcare systems to expand market share through professional service agreements and partnerships. He also served as senior associate in mergers and acquisitions for Wachovia Securities.
Rebecca Levy, Esq.
Chief Legal Officer
Rebecca Levy oversees and manages all legal affairs of Summit Health Management and its affiliated entities. Ms. Levy provides business and legal perspective and advice on a wide range of strategic and operational issues for Summit Health Management. In addition to legal functions, she is also responsible for oversight of human resources, corporate compliance, coding compliance & education, risk management and patient safety, and governmental affairs. Ms. Levy earned a Juris Doctor, with a Certified Concentration in Health Law, from Seton Hall School of Law.
Jamie Reedy, MD, MPH
Chief of Population Health
Jamie Reedy, MD, MPH is responsible for establishing a comprehensive population health strategy that supports our mission, vision and goals. She provides leadership, medical expertise, and business direction to design and manage population health and quality management activities that support strategic growth and continuous improvement of care for patients, while focusing on provider performance and wellness.

Dr. Reedy is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She attended UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed her internship and residency in family medicine at UMDNJ. She earned her masters of public health degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health.
